Sponsorships provide a unique opportunity for individuals, corporations, and foundations to partner with the Library by supporting our programming and special events.  Sponsors are offered special acknowledgement for their support.

The Pritzker Military Library has earned a stellar reputation for its award-winning programming. In seven years, the Library has produced over 280 programs. Each program enjoys a wide distribution including a live webcast available for later viewing on the Library’s website, downloadable audio podcasts, and a 60-minute recording broadcast on WYCC-TV / PBS Channel 20.

Season Sponsors receive a full menu of benefits that include recognition on the programs as well as tickets to and sponsorship recognition at the Library’s annual Liberty Gala.

Over 500 guests come together at our elegant Liberty Gala to celebrate the Citizen Soldier with cocktails, dinner, award presentations, and mingling at a post-event jazz lounge.

Guests sip champagne, dine on delectable hors d’oeuvres, and bid for fabulous items from the historic to the high tech at our live and silent auction – the Champagne Campaign. Sponsorship opportunities include food and beverage, program announcements, and the donation of auction items.

Our Gallery hosts five or more exhibits of historic photographs, vintage posters, and military art each year, many of which are followed by visits from the artists themselves. These exhibits are free and open to the public throughout the week. Season and Single Exhibit sponsorships are available.

Member Luncheons are currently held at the Library and feature a presentation by a noted author. Attendees have the opportunity to meet the author, receive an autographed copy of the presenter’s book, and mingle with other Pritzker Military Library members. The luncheon program is Webcast live and archived for later download.

Receptions for members are held immediately prior to each program. Sponsorships opportunities are available for the entire season, for a single reception, and for food and beverages.
