Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Christy moved the Chicago area in 2008 to attend Dominican University. After volunteering for the Pritzker Military Library, Christy was excited to join the staff as a part time Library Assistant in 2010. After obtaining her Masters in Library and Information Sciences, Christy was promoted to the position of Volunteer Coordinator as well as full time Library Assistant. Now, as Volunteer and Intern Coordinator, she is responsible for training and recruiting individuals for the volunteer and intern programs.
