Thursday, March 16th, 2006 In March 1968, in the weeks following the Tet Offensive, Captain Bucha and his company found themselves surrounded and cutoff by a North Vietnamese Army battalion. In the days that followed, Bucha lead an extraordinary offensive against overwhelming odds to combat the enemy and in so doing received the nation's highest military award, the Medal of Honor. |
