While free and open to the public during our scheduled hours and selected events, access to, and use of, The Pritzker Military Library may be denied for "due cause" at the discretion of the Executive Director of The Pritzker Military Library. Due cause may be the failure to return books, destruction of Library property, disturbance of other patrons, or any other conduct, behaviors or actions within or with respect to the Library conflicting with the general purpose of the Library or inhibiting other patron's enjoyment of the Library. Appeals may be submitted in writing to The Pritzker Military Library's Board of Directors.
Prosecution of cases of theft or mutilation of The Pritzker Military Library's collection will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law."
