Join the Champagne Campaign! At our annual live & silent auction, you'll sip champagne and other refreshments, nibble on delectable hors d'oeuvres, enjoy live music, and bid for fabulous items from the historic to the high-tech.



The Champagne Campaign is a one-of a kind experience that only the Pritzker Military Library can offer, and the proceeds help keep our library and programs on military history free and open to the public. We'll have a mix of last year's favorites and exciting new items up for auction.

And now, for the first time, you can register your bids for the silent auction ahead of time – or call into participate in the live auction by phone! Pre-register with your credit card and send us your maximum bid for any of the silent auction items listed below by Friday, April 30th at 12:00 p.m. The highest maximum bid of all registered participants will be the opening bid for the silent auction on Friday, April 30th.

South Padre Island:
Condo for a Week's Stay, Airfare and Dinner
with the Locals at Dirty Al's Restaurant

One (1) week, Saturday to Saturday, at a two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath condominium located on South Padre Island, Texas.  The condo is right on the beach and looks out to the Gulf of Mexico.  Sleeps a maximum of six (6) people.  One king and two full size beds, kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer. Plus round-trip airfare and a fifty (50) dollar gift certificate to Dirty Al's Restaurant, the best fried shrimp on South Padre Island.

Using the same set and cameras as our Medal of Honor series, Rick will put any guest at ease and conduct a professional, friendly, and fun 40 minute interview to record their unique, personal story and accomplishments.



Blueprints to Architectural History

Take home a framed copy of the terra cotta shop drawing for the south dormer of Chicago’s historic Monroe Building (104 South Michigan), designed by the renowned architectural firm of Holabird & Roche – along with an original 1912 terra cotta cornice piece from the building, which is the future home of the Pritzker Military Library!
